We want you to absolutely love your Surf Far items. If you feel something is not entirely right, you have 30 days to submit a return. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay.
We ask that items are returned clean, unused/worn and with all their tags attached. For wetsuits the items must still include the sanitary sticker. Only unworn merchandise can me returned or exchanged. All returns or exchanges
must be made within 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.
Surf-Far.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
We can only accept returns for items purchased through www.surf-far.com.
To complete your return:
Pack up the items in a shipping box and send your package to 551 Henry Street Brooklyn NY 11231 USA. Please also include: Full Name, Email address, Telephone number, confirmation number, A note about why you’re returning the item(s).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you a confirmation email and start
processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
We offer shipping within the domestic United States and limited International. You may choose from a variety of shipping options provided by USPS, DHL, or FEDEX.
Shipping cost is paid by the purchaser. Depending on the shipping method you choose, a flat rate will be provided at check out. The shipping fee will be adjusted based on the destination of your order.
